Why choose IAP?

Josh Cannon from IAP Air Products

Just a quick search of "Fume Arms" in Google will show that there are a lot of different product options out there. Here at IAP, we want to take a minute to tell you about IAP Air Products, how we are different, and why you should choose us!

How we go to market:

IAP-Air Products works through a group of distributors that have a wealth of knowledge in this industry. We understand the value that our distributors bring to the table, and we honor our relationship with them by helping to generate leads for them and making sure customers are buying from their local supplier. These dealers vary in size and function. Some dealers may be more Industrial, meaning that they have a team that goes out in the field and installs the products that they sell. Some dealers are more Plan & Spec, meaning that they are more focused on the engineering side of projects, working more closely with architects and mechanical engineers on projects that are getting ready to go out to bid. Lastly, some dealers can be a hybrid of the previous two. Whatever dealer we choose, we do our best to make sure that they share the same values that we have, some of which are:

  • Providing the best solution for the customer.
  • Making sure the customer knows that they are in good hands while providing top-notch customer service.
  • Providing top quality products that customers can depend on.

So what are some things that separate IAP Air Products from the competition?

While we could easily talk ourselves up, we know that would sound a little biased so we want to share what others have said make us stand out from our competitors:

"Best Customer Service and Quickest Response Time"

"IAP has the best quality fume extraction arm and easiest install in the industry"

"After reaching out to IAP, they forwarded my information to a dealer in my area who reached out with a quote within the hour!"

"Even during the pandemic, IAP has kept a great stock of product and have shipped out same day if needed"

"IAP goes above and beyond to help with suggestions to meet customer needs"

So why should you choose IAP Air Products?

We are a very customer-oriented company that wants to make sure our customers have a great experience while getting their problems solved, as well as getting the best quality products for the solution. If this sounds like what you're looking for, then we are the company for you!
